By placing an order with DD Seva on WhatsApp, by email, at the shop or through this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
- Send your files with clear instructions: copies, pages, size, colour, sides and finishing.
- We confirm the rate and the expected pickup time before starting. An order is accepted once we confirm it.
- Please check your file before sending. We print what you send; we are not responsible for spelling, content or layout mistakes in customer files.
2. Your content
- You confirm you have the right to copy or print the material you send.
- We may refuse any job that is illegal, offensive, infringes someone else’s rights, or that we are not able to do properly.
3. Payment
- Payment is by UPI (to 9490915819@idfcfirst or through Order & Pay) or as agreed at the shop.
- For larger orders we may ask for full or part payment before we start.
- Please keep your UPI transaction reference until you collect your order.
4. Collection
- Collect your order from the shop once we tell you it is ready.
- Orders not collected within 7 days may be disposed of; files may be deleted after this period.
5. Colours and quality
Colours on paper can look slightly different from your phone or computer screen. Low-resolution images may print blurry; we will tell you if we notice a problem before printing.
6. Liability
If we make a mistake, we will reprint or refund as described in our Refund Policy. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Free tools
The browser tools on this site are provided free, as-is. Please check the output before you use it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
