DD Seva (“we”, “us”) runs this website (https://ddseva.in) and a xerox, print, photo studio and scanning shop. This policy explains what information we receive and how we use it.
What we receive
- Files you send us — documents, photos and scans you share on WhatsApp or email for an order.
- Contact details — your name, phone number or email, so we can talk to you about your order.
- Payment details — when you pay by UPI, we see the payer name, amount and transaction reference shown by your UPI app. We never see your UPI PIN or bank password.
How we use it
- Only to complete your order: printing, photo work, scanning and delivery of the result to you.
- To contact you about the order (rate, pickup time, questions).
- To keep basic payment records required for our accounts.
We do not sell, rent or share your files or details with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep files
Files are kept only as long as needed to finish your order and handle any reprint. After that they are removed from our shop computers. You can ask us at any time to delete your files immediately.
Free browser tools
The scanner, PDF and photo tools on this website work inside your browser. Files you open in them are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our server.
Website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or your UPI app open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
